In-Person Attendees

Venue + Registration

All Annual Meeting events will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130 unless otherwise noted.

Registration will be open during the following hours (all times in CT):

Tuesday, May 13: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Wednesday, May 14: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Thursday, May 15: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday, May 16: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Saturday, May 17: 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

When you arrive at registration, you will need to present your QR code, which you can find in your registration confirmation email or by logging into the registration portal.

Please remember to wear your badge when you are in the convention center.

WiFi

Free Wi-Fi will be provided in the convention center. The network is ASGCT and the password is asgct2025.

Please note: In addition to in-person registration, all on-site full conference attendees will have live access to the virtual platform and on-demand access to all the meeting content for 60 days.

Closing Night Reception

Celebrate the end of the meeting with food, music, and dancing at Mardi Gras World. Space for the reception is limited and registration must be purchased separately.

If you're attending the Friday, May 16 reception, please remember to bring your badge! The QR code on your badge will be scanned to allow entry.
