The American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy (ASGCT) is the primary professional organization for gene and cell therapy, with a broad membership base including scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, patient advocates, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology professionals. The mission of the Society is to advance knowledge, awareness, and education leading to the discovery and clinical application of genetic and cellular therapies to alleviate human disease. About the Role

Location: Hybrid in Waukesha, WI
The Coordinator, Exhibits & Sponsorship Fulfillment is responsible for supporting and advancing the Society’s sponsorship and logistics fulfillment efforts, including overseeing supporter deliverables, coordinating event logistics, payment collection, and fostering relationships with current and potential sponsors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate sponsor and exhibitor logistics, including preparing and submitting exhibit booths and sponsorships for payment processing and collection and coordinating deliverables.
- Maintain the iMIS and Global Admin databases to ensure accurate and current records of sponsor and exhibitor information.
- Coordinate advertising logistics for Society e-newsletters.
- Coordinate and execute email blasts on behalf of the department to communicate key information to sponsors and exhibitors.
- Assist the Meetings and Events team with logistical considerations that may impact or inform sponsorship, exhibits, and advertising.
- Work with the Education team and the Marketing Communications team as needed to ensure appropriate execution for events.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to supporter calls and emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet multi-faceted and sometimes rapid deadlines.
- Acute attention to detail and a high level of accuracy on outputs.
- Able to work successfully in a team environment.
- Ability to build relationships with donors and attendees at Society events
- Zero to three years of relevant work experience, including fundraising or sales. Familiarity with nonprofit organizations preferred.
- Travel up to 2 weeks per year.

Salary
The annual salary for this role begins at $45,000.
