Annual Meeting 2025

Submit a Late-breaking Abstract through March 14

We want to see your late-breaking research at #ASGCT2025. - February 17, 2025

We want to see your late-breaking research at the 28th Annual Meeting!

Submit a Late-Breaking Abstract!

Send us your late-breaking research that is high impact, groundbreaking, innovative, and newsworthy through 11:59 p.m. (CT) on March 14.

Submit your abstract

The submissions are solely for abstracts with late-breaking data and are not for abstracts submitted “late.” Applicants will be asked to answer the question:“What makes your abstract newsworthy, ground-breaking, or high-impact?”

The late-breaking abstract deadline is not intended to be an extension of the general submission deadline. This deadline is final, and no abstracts will be accepted after this deadline. No changes or withdrawals will be allowed for late-breaking abstracts.

Contact Information

General questions on abstract submission policies or notifications should be emailed to abstracts@asgct.org.

ASGCT Annual Meeting registration, housing, membership, and login reset requests should be sent to info@asgct.org.
