Presenter Reimbursement Policy

Thank you for participating in the ASGCT Policy Summit. If you're a speaker, panelist, chair, or moderator, your meeting registration fee will be waived.

Cancellations & Transfers

There is a $75 cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded for cancellation requests received by Sept. 5, 2025. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the badge (one time) to another person within the same company/institution before September 5, 2025.

Payments must be received by close of the prevailing registration rate period otherwise the registration rate will be updated to the next rate period.

Please note checks and wire transfers are not accepted forms of payment for this event. Please contact meetings@asgct.org to make any of the above changes to your registration.
