Timeline:

October 14, 2011 – Submission deadline for proposals to be considered for 15th Annual Meeting
October 2011 – Proposal is reviewed by appropriate committee and Program Committee
November 18, 2011 – Decision on proposal is conveyed to individual who submitted proposal
