Timeline:

September 3, 2013 – Submission deadline for proposals to be considered for 17th Annual Meeting.
September/October 2013 – Proposal is reviewed by appropriate committee and Program Committee.
November 22, 2013 – Decision on proposal is conveyed to individual who submitted proposal.
