ASGT Press Credentials Policy
STAFFING
Press credentials to cover the 2006 ASGT Annual Meeting will be granted to individuals from media organizations or publication groups with appropriate credentials.
CREDENTIALS

Only editorial representatives of the following media will be registered:
- General circulation newspapers, magazines or wire services
- Medical, scientific or health care publications
- Broadcast media
- Website writers
Freelancers must produce a letter of assignment from a medium such as those listed above. Freelancers who wish to attend the meeting without a specific editorial assignment will be asked to submit credentials indicating membership in a recognized professional communications association, or provide published samples of their work along with their identification. Representatives of public relations and communication firms are not eligible for press credentials.

A table will be available in the press room for public relations/communication firms and other organizations to display materials related to the meeting. Materials must be approved by ASGT prior to the 9th Annual Meeting. Contact Natalie Lemke, at 414/ 278-1341 for more information.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

Press representatives may attend all educational and scientific sessions at the ASGT 9th Annual Meeting, including the exhibit and poster area. The Meet the Investigator sessions are closed to the press.

Members of the press are asked to refrain from asking questions during Q&A periods in any of the formal lectures, including plenary sessions, education sessions, workshops and scientific symposium. If you would like to speak with a member of the faculty, please approach them at the conclusion of the session.
